From simple processes that required expert knowledge to a partial automation of market communication

When it came to the S/4HANA transformation and the introduction of the MaCo Cloud, they were one of the first companies on the market. It quickly became clear to energis-Netzgesellschaft mbH that the new technology and the resulting system architecture would significantly change the requirements for monitoring processes. But they succeeded: the change was an opportunity to implement clean end-to-end monitoring.

Our challenge

Our aim was to create a solution that makes processes visible across all systems and enables a genuine end-to-end view. In CLC xinteg GmbH, we found a partner who supported us in doing just that.

But let's start from the beginning: with the growing demands on market communication and S/4HANA, we increasingly encountered problems. We realized we were losing the overview. Everything was becoming more and more complex. Navigating between the systems became a challenge for our clerks. Simple processes required more and more expert knowledge in order to understand them at all.

Recognize at a glance where a process is stuck

We thought to ourselves that there must be an easier way, we wanted to break out of it. Finally, we became aware of CLC xinteg GmbH in Bexbach. The team quickly understood our challenges and provided support exactly where we needed it.

Based on our problems, the company developed the CLC PADD® MaCo Monitor+, which enabled us to solve our requirements in a targeted manner. Our processes can now be tracked end-to-end, correlations are now displayed transparently and the completeness of individual processes can be traced at any time.

The aggregated display of all status information for a process, such as clarification cases and transfer documents, is particularly helpful for us. Processors can jump directly to the backend or the SAP MaCo Cloud and solve it.

Save valuable time and gain security in everyday life

We can now identify problems much more quickly and react in a more targeted manner. But the most important thing in everyday life: the solution saves us a lot of valuable time because the manual effort has been reduced.

Market communication as simple as possible

CLC xinteg GmbH remains our reliable partner even after the solution has been introduced. We exchange experiences on a monthly basis and regularly discuss our findings from ongoing operations.

In the future, we want to incorporate automation with additional modules that detect errors even earlier. Then we will no longer have to react to market complaints, but will be able to counteract them proactively.

Our aim is to make market communication as efficient as possible despite its high level of complexity.
