Replacing a stand-alone solution in the industry

Testing and the entire cycle, from the idea, through design, material master integration, production and the actual sale of the components.

A Group decision to stop using Lotus Notes and thus the application and to map the processes and documents via the existing SAP Folders Management is intended to make the entire process more efficient and user-friendly.

The process mapped completely within a system, the customer also benefits from centrally archivable data storage, intelligent search functions and role-based logic for workflow, authorizations and responsibilities. In addition, user-friendliness increases considerably for all process participants. The replacement of this isolated application also completely eliminates the need for complex interfaces and the maintenance of a stand-alone solution.
