Electronic subsidy file in SAP - automated applications for long-term rehabilitation
Our client, an administrative authority, is a ministry under a government. Part of its task is to prepare government decisions and then ensure their administrative processing. This is also the case in the specific application of sensitive applications for long-term rehabilitation.
In the project, important processes were optimized on the basis of CLC's established consulting methodology. Different approval procedures are
now flexibly mapped via the "Electronic grant file based on CLC-PADD®". The complex organization-specific requirements were supported with the CLC solution.
Particular attention is paid to compliance with data protection regulations, as these are SAP-integrated digital files with personal and medical content.
