Software tester (m/f/d)

We are looking for reinforcement at our Company headquarters in Bexbach and Saarland-wide with free choice of work location (hybrid workplace).
As a software tester (m/f/d), you will mainly put our CLC PADD products through their paces. You will ensure quality and functionality and make a significant contribution to their further development. If required, you will also use your expertise to support selected customer projects.
Our aim is to ensure consistently high software quality through optimized testing and agile collaboration.
Degree in (business) informatics, software engineering or comparable qualification.
Experience in software testing, quality assurance and agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) desirable
Knowledge of test automation (e.g. Selenium, Cypress) and test management tools
Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify quality problems.
Structured, independent way of working and highly solution-oriented.
Good German and English language skills, strong communication skills and team spirit.
Commitment to continuous learning and development of testing practices.
Test coordination: Organization and monitoring of test processes, including standardization and quality measures.
Quality assurance: introduction and optimization of QA processes and documentation of results.
Development of test strategies: planning, creation and implementation of manual and automated tests.
Risk management: Identification of potential risks and development of strategies to minimize them.
Reporting: Analysis and reporting of test results to stakeholders.
Collaboration: Close cooperation with developers, specialist departments and stakeholders to improve processes and testability.
Updating: Monitoring trends and technologies for the further development of test methods.
