Go-live: Dynamic form application for portal scenarios on the web

The Improving the service for the scholarship holder and the Removing technological hurdles were a clear focus for CLC's customer, one of the world's largest funding organizations for the international exchange of students and academics. The process, which was previously mainly Word and PDF-based and not very automated, is now being replaced by the dynamic web application CLC-PADD® S Suite+ fully mapped. The CLC-PADD® S Suite+ is based on the SAP Fiori standard. The dynamic form application optimizes data quality, offers significantly better usability for applicants and administrators and considerably increases processing speed. It also ensures a contemporary external presentation.

After the dynamic form application for submitting documents and applications, the next go-live is already in the starting blocks. "We will map the application process for scholarship holders completely web-based at the beginning of 2020," says Michael Langlotz, Managing Director of CLC xinteg. Further stages will follow, as the goal of strategically supporting the customer in its technological development over the next few years was set for the coming years with the award of the tender in December 2019. The CLC team is already looking forward to the next stages.
