Applicant process displayed web-based via BTP

After the dynamic form application "Document submission and application" the next development has now gone live. The application process for a scholarship program at our customer, the world's largest funding organization for the international exchange of students and academics, is now web-based. "The pilot project for the Digitization of the application process is just the beginning of technological development. Further developments will follow," explains Ralf Monstadt, Project Manager at CLC xinteg.

The previously document-based process is now being replaced by form applications. automatically recorded and processed in a structured manner. The quality of the data increases and the data can be further processed in a structured manner within the SAP system. The complete digitalization of the process saves an enormous amount of time and money, as both SAP users and applicants benefit from a significant simplification of the work steps.

In this context, the applicant was also given a new Modern applicant portal via BTP (Business Technology Platform) which enables user-friendly operation via cell phone or tablet, for example. In addition, the applicant portal was fully adapted to the organizational CD (corporate design), thus ensuring a contemporary external image.
