CLC xinteg - founding member of the Saarland company network "Strong Employers"

The network is aimed at companies across all sectors with at least three employees who would like to promote modern working conditions with specific ideas and projects.
The focus here is on all corporate measures that are geared towards the various phases of employees' lives and ensure employer attractiveness and competitiveness in the long term.

As one of the founding members, CLC contributes its experience and perspectives to the strategic direction of the network - including within the steering group, which directs the development of the network's content. Of particular importance is the practice-oriented exchange with other companies and the joint further development of innovative working models - true to the network motto:
 "From practice - into practice!"

We are delighted to be part of this network and to actively shape the employer landscape in Saarland together with committed partners.

The network "STRONG EMPLOYERS" is an initiative of well-known Saarland companies in cooperation with the Saarland Chamber of Industry and Commerce. 
Its aim is to strengthen Saarland as an attractive employer and to promote new, contemporary working models. The participating companies support each other with practical solutions, also in terms of attracting and retaining skilled workers.
